Consent to Obtain Membership Quote For The 2008 Taxation Year
This is the form you will need to complete in order to apply to become a Member of The Canadian Tax Audit Protection Plan. Please download the form, complete it, sign and date it, and then provide it to your accountant, financial planner, or tax preparer so that they may apply for Membership in the Plan on your behalf. (Please contact your accountant or tax preparer ahead of time to ensure that they are registered with us as a Canadian Tax Audit Protection Plan Participating Tax Professional.)
Participating Tax Professional / Firm Agreement
This document constitutes the legal agreement between Sixth Sphere Services Professional Corporation — the provider of The Canadian Tax Audit Protection Plan — and any accountant, accounting firm, or other professional tax preparer or organization that becomes a Participating Tax Professional or Firm. Accordingly, Applicants to become a Participating Tax Professional should carefully review and familiarize themselves with its terms and conditions.
Participating Tax Professional / Firm Application Form
If you are an accountant, accounting firm, or other professional tax preparer or organization that wishes to offer the benefits of Membership in the Canadian Tax Audit Protection Plan to your clients by becoming a Participating Tax Professional, after reviewing the Participating Tax Professional / Firm Agreement, complete this application form and fax it to Sixth Sphere Services Professional Corporation at the number indicated.
